The world doesn’t stand still and neither do we. Our gifts, talents, resources… be it art, music, education or business are given to set the pace in this life not just play catch up with the world around us.
Local Movements: Our community doesn’t end with our walls. it is our responsibility to get out and go love the needy and hurting in our surrounding community. From food warehouses that feed the poor to chatting over a cup of coffee, it is our job to meet the physical and spiritual needs of the people we interact with everyday.
Global Movements: More than ever it is clear that we are much more a global community than a single city, nation, or continent. PURE seeks to reach the global community, a community that is our responsibility, feeding kids, providing medical care, holding an African orphan or teaching English are just a few of the causes we champion in the name of Jesus.
Social Movements: Wanting to influence the social lifestyle isn’t enough. PURE sees social justice, social causes, and social culture are our responsibility too. Why? Because Jesus sought to redeem all areas of His community, and following this model we do too. From art shows, to social causes like the ONE campaign and Invisible Children we will do all we can in the name of Christ.
