No…mostly just lions…big agile ones that like the snow and have long teeth and sharp claws. If were honest so many times the obstacles we face in life feel like a 500 pound lion that’s about to eat us!! But few actually do. So question of the day…Why do we run instead of chase? No question the uncertainty of the outcome is fearful. When we chase things that seem insurmountable (a lion, a full worship center, world change) it always feels wiser and easier to turn and run…at least then there’s no pain. Truth for all of us, that life is too safe and ‘Jesus died to make us dangerous not safe.’
